Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 2026

Legally Binding Agreement: By accessing Tidex.in, subscribing to our Telegram channels, or utilizing our algorithmic trading tools, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. User Eligibility & KYC

The services provided by Tidex are exclusively for individuals residing in India who are at least 18 years of age. By subscribing to our advisory or Account Handling (PMS) services, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and hold a valid PAN Card and active Demat Account registered with a SEBI-recognized broker.

2. Intellectual Property & Signal Protection

All content available on the Tidex platform, including Nifty research analysis, algorithmic Python scripts, proprietary indicators, and live market signals, are the exclusive intellectual property of Tidex Trading India Ltd.

Zero Tolerance Anti-Piracy Policy

Commercial redistribution, forwarding, or broadcasting of Tidex premium signals to free Telegram groups, WhatsApp broadcast lists, or competitor platforms is strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate account suspension without refund and legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Access

Access to premium market calls is granted on a pre-paid subscription basis. Unless explicitly cancelled by the user 48 hours prior to the expiry date, monthly subscriptions may be set to auto-renew to ensure uninterrupted delivery of time-sensitive financial data. Tidex reserves the right to revise pricing models for new subscribers at any point.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tidex, its SEBI analysts, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, margin calls, or broker penalties) arising from the use of our research signals. The maximum liability of Tidex in any financial dispute shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the user for the subscription fee in that specific month.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceeding arising out of these Terms & Conditions or any services provided by Tidex shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
