Refund & Cancellation

Strict "No Refund" Policy
Due to the real-time nature of financial data, algorithmic signals, and intellectual property provided by Tidex, all subscription payments, advisory fees, and software integration charges are 100% Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable under any circumstances.
1. Nature of Real-Time Information
At Tidex, we deliver time-sensitive market data, Intraday Nifty/Sensex calls, and proprietary AI signals. Once our advisory or signal is accessed by a user, the service is considered fully consumed. It is impossible to "return" or "un-know" market intelligence. Therefore, we do not entertain refund requests for partially used monthly or yearly subscriptions.
2. Losses Due to Market Volatility
Trading in the stock market involves inherent risk. Tidex provides high-probability setups and risk management guidelines, but we cannot control market reactions. Refunds will not be issued based on trading losses incurred by the client. Subscribing to Tidex is an agreement to receive market research, not a guarantee of financial profit.
We urge all clients to verify our free Telegram channel, evaluate our historical P&L trackers, and assess our risk management templates before making a payment for premium services.
3. Account Handling (30% Profit Sharing)
For clients opting for the Account Handling service where Tidex manages trades on your behalf:
No upfront fees are collected. Tidex operates purely on a 30% Net Profit Sharing model. Invoices for the 30% commission are generated at the end of the month based on successful trades. Once a client pays the profit-sharing invoice, this amount is deemed as the service fee and is non-refundable.
4. Cancellations & Exceptional Refunds
While standard refunds are strictly prohibited, we recognize banking errors. Tidex will process a refund within 7-10 working days only in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate Payment: If your card/UPI was charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway timeout.
- Service Non-Activation: If a payment was successfully deducted but Tidex failed to activate the advisory service within 48 hours of ticket raising.
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly auto-renewal at any time via your user dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
