2. Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
To ensure 100% transparency with our subscribers, Tidex and its registered Research Analysts declare the following regarding their market positions:
- Personal Holdings: The SEBI Registered Analyst(s) and their relatives may have a financial interest or existing long/short positions in the securities (Nifty/Bank Nifty/Stocks) recommended on our platform.
- No Merchant Banking: Tidex has not received any compensation from the subject companies in the past 12 months for investment banking, brokerage services, or merchant banking.
- No Price Manipulation: Tidex has not served as an officer, director, or employee of the companies mentioned in our research reports in the past 12 months.
3. Grievance Redressal Mechanism (SCORES & ODR)
In the event of any discrepancy, billing issue, or dissatisfaction with our financial advisory services, clients are advised to follow the SEBI-mandated escalation matrix. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
